Cancellation Policy

If you are a new patient making a first appointment with us, you must provide a credit card number to reserve your spot. If you need to cancel your appointment, you must provide us with at least 48 hours notice so we can give the appointment time to other people.

If you do not provide 48 hours notice, or do not show up for any reason, your credit card will be charged the full initial appointment fee of $95.

For existing patients, 24 hours notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you do not provide 24 hours notice, or “no-show” on an appointment, you will be asked to pay the full $65 fee for the appointment.

When you make an appointment at Natural Chinese Medicine, that appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and no one else.

It is rare that our patients wait more than a few minutes to be seen by the clinician and this is because we do our best to respect your time. We do not overbook our schedule. We make sure that we have enough time with each person to deliver good quality medical care.

So if you cancel your appointment without giving sufficient notice, or don’t show up because you forgot, that really hurts. We are left with an appointment slot that we could’ve given to someone else but didn’t because we were saving it for you.
